Premier Recruit are currently seeking a Resource & Talent Manager for our Client who are the UK's largest provider of Water & Wastewater solutions.

The ideal candidate should have recruitment experience from the grass roots upwards or be at a senior level of recruitment within an external agency. This role is internal recruitment only and does not involve any sales.
Please Note, The interview for this role will be held in Slough, please ensure you will be ok to travel to the Slough area when required.
Responsibilities to include (but not limited to)- Sourcing of Candidates
- Interviewing and Pre-Screening Applicants
- Onboarding and follow up
- Supporting Line Managers and meeting to discuss the needs throughout the business
Experience Needed & Qualifications- Previous Recruitment and Resourcing experience is essential
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work well on your own or within a team
- Car Driver is essential as there will be a need to visit work sites throughout the South of England (A Monthly £250 car allowance will be added to your salary) Plus business miles fully expensed.
The hours of work will be 08.30 till 17.00 Monday to Friday
